In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Avellino’s Restaurant, located at

1813 Post Road in Fairfield, CT, has decided to give back to community by holding a special

fundraiser for St. Vincent’s SWIM Across the Sound.


Since 1987, the SWIM Across the Sound has helped cancer patients and their families by free and cancer screenings, support groups, education and financial assistance.


Menu

Roasted butternut squash soup w/ mascarpone cream


Heart of escarole salad w/ caramelized pears, dried cherries, almonds, citrus vinegarette.


Choice of one entrée:

Roasted Halibut over lobster saffron risotto, lobster sauce

Boneless beef short ribs over roasted garlic mashed potatoes, sage red wine brown sauce

Free range chicken breast asparagus sauce, melted fontina over roasted root vegetables risotto


Chef's trio of desserts


Cost $50 per person (plus tax and gratuity)


Proceeds: 20% of sales will be donated to St. Vincent’s SWIM Across the Sound
